Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Central Point

About who needs care: Getting to the point where she doesnt have much strength to move around on her own like getting out of bed, getting to the bathroom and to her chair and back. Has been in the hospital and a skilled nursing facility three times in the last four months due to covid and a near fatal uti. I think once she gets home she will build some strength back but right now if she isn't doing physical therapy at the facility they just leave her in her bed. poor effort on their part. About the care needs: My mom is easy to get along with but needs someone who is a non smoker Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
