Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Canby

We are seeking an hourly care manager to work with our mom as she ages in place in Canby where she grew up and has deep family roots. She is 84 years old, highly social and fun, a dynamo cook, gardener and swimmer and full of energy most of the time. We need a confident, experienced care manager to help with the following tasks: -med management -recording any symptoms and communication with Dr as necessary -dr appt visits & organization - Primary Care Dr comes to home 1x per month, some may need driving from to / surrounding community. (Mom still drives in Canby) -Communication with Family -Calendar Management Other services include general house cleaning/organization. We need 2 hours weekly care to start, but may increase as she ages. Weekly schedule negotiable based on mutual availability.
