Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bonanza

About who needs care: Just need help caring for both my parents, which are in there mid 80s, mom has dementia, in its mid to late stages, dad is mentally ok, but has some physical health issues. He takes care of mom right now, but it is taking a toll on him, and its getting more and more difficult for him to do that. About the care needs: Any help would be ok Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
