Companion Care For Dad M-F 9-5 In Bend

We would like a caregiver to be with Dad in Bend 9-5 M-F. He has moderate dementia, can shower and dress on his own. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, keeping the house clean on a daily basis, do laundry at times, change the sheets and other small activities, you will fill out the daily charts and log book. We have a housekeeper that does the deep cleaning. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation, take BP and BS.. We ask that you handle a small amount of transportation as needed. Must be a non- smoker, dependable and on time. Your shift starts at 9am, when the overnight caregivers shift ends at 9. This is a private pay, pay period is every 2 weeks.
