About who needs care: Has ALS type neuro/musc disease. Cant talk, has PEG, little use of hands, walks w/4 wheel +assist. Needs bathroom assistance. Uses cough assist device. I need some time out. 1-5 p.m. 2xs per wk would help. Mostly watches TV or tablet. About the care needs: Quiet personality. Less talking is good. Needs to use cough assist some days. PEG feeding. Hobbies were pickle ball and golf. None now. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
