About who needs care: My single mom had a recent UTI that may have caused some mental confusion at night when taking medications. This has led to a snowballed effect that impacted the taking of other important medications and as a result, affected more cognitive functioning. She is a fully-functioning adult who is able to drive, cook, clean, grocery shop and interact with friends and family when properly medicated. Ideally, we are looking for some temporary evening check-in care to assure that she is taking her medications on a regular schedule. This should put her on track to regain more independence. About the care needs: Patient, kind, and caring. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
