About who needs care: My stepdad is 84 and my mom is 78. She needs some respite. He has spinal stenosis among other issues and is bedridden a lot of the time. He does have an electric wheelchair that he uses to go out to the garage to drink coffee and smoke cigars. He needs help using the toilet sometimes. He grew up on a farm and likes western movies. The ideal candidate would provide light housekeeping as well. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
