About who needs care: My father has Parkinsons, has incontinence, wears disposable briefs and needs assistance. He is returning home from a stay at a skilled nursing location. He has recently lost ability to walk. He cannot get himself up from a bed or chair. He cannot be left alone. He does have PT appointments, needs transport to and from. About the care needs: This person needs to he able to assist him in getting up and down. Also my father does wear incontinence underwear. This person must be willing to assist. Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
