Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Tulsa

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Tulsa. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. She uses a scooter or power chair and all of her mobility and hand use is slow/limited. Primarily, we just need someone we can schedule with so that when my dad cannot be home, someone is there to help transition between an arm chair to a wheelchair, or a wheelchair to a bathroom wheelchair, etc. And to monitor for emergencies.
