About who needs care: Recent limited mobility- needs help getting up most time and uses a walker ( last month). Recent memory issues, slow processing ( about one month). Taking a water pill which sometimes requires toileting. Currently in hospital waiting definite diagnosis and conducting PT - may get better mentally but will remain weak for a while. Can feed herself. Husband is with her, but cannot keep up with all the daily chores. He Needs help with meal prep and some hygiene, dressing care of mom. Dad can lift and take mom to appointments. Mom weighs less than 100lbs and is 5 ft tall. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
