In-School Aide/Companion Needed For Special Needs 18-year-old Male Student

Looking for a special person who has a special place in their heart for kids with neuro divergent characteristics. I have an 18-year-old special needs son who is a sophomore at a local high-school. He has an intellectual disability and Autism. We are needing an in-school aide to companion him during his daily school classes, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:10 p.m. Monday - Friday. We prefer someone with experience working with neuro divergent individuals. A college degree is preferred but not required. My son looks and acts like a normal teenage boy; but has limited experience in a Gen-Ed school setting, as he has been in exclusive special ed programs his entire life in the public school system. His primary challenges are navigating social interactions with peers, as Autistic children have difficulty with social awareness and non-verbal cues and expressions.
