Caregiver Needed For My Dad

Assist my dad with food preparation getting his medicine ground up into applesauce, putting his food and a purifier he has swallowing issues. Taking out the trash for him, washing up dishes loading them in the dishwasher, checking his mail making sure he's taking his medicine making sure he's got clean clothes on or if he needs assistance dressing or undressing. Light housekeeping, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning out the refrigerator cleaning my dad's bathroom emptying the trash around the house My dad enjoys tinkering around the house whether it's watching the TV and news or doing a research on the computer or playing in the garage. He kinda does his own little thing and he's quite content. He does like to take naps so he'll be up for short periods of time and then take a nap normally wise awake I normally try to make sure he's got something to eat before he falls asleep. He is hard of hearing and sometimes he's difficult to understand and normally it's because he needs to drink of water so if he has something to drink fresh water, and I normally try to keep a glass of protein for him to sip on in between his meals. My dad loves westerns and sci-fi. He loves to watch movies. He likes to talk politics sometimes he gets a little overheated but if you just stay off the topic and just go really every now and then he thinks you're listening. He's really a sweet person. He's very kind and thoughtful. He does get frustrated because people have a hard time understanding him or he doesn't know how to do IT stuff on the computer so he may need to help with that. I'm looking for someone who can be patient with my dad's ups and downs and his frustration. He's a sweet person but he just needs someone to be patient with him. He's got a good sense of humor. Were there on the corner pretty easy but I was also share the address when it's time. Our family includes my dad my two brothers, my niece, my son my dad lives by himself, but we have family that lives close by and are able to help if necessary. My brother does work from home.
