About who needs care: Both parents have CHF, COPD, dementia and can't perform normal duties throughout the day, need personal carr, hygene, dr appts, trips to places provided by me, I also help and assist with all their medications, Dr's appts, ect. About the care needs: My dad needs all help with daily living. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
