About who needs care: Mobility, little frail, does get around the house slowly, uses cane and walker (sometimes). All medical issues are addressed. maybe a little help with doctor getting to appointments? Help with cooking, light cleaning, wash clothes , medicine taking (proper does and correct days, those type activities.

About the care needs: Not exactly sure what to say here, it will really depend on her acceptance of this, she is not onboard, but is finally to the point she realizes she needs help.
I would expect a friendly loving face, ability to say I believe in God would help tremendously! She wordships Jesus!
