We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide exceptional care under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Case Manager at various locations in Central and North-Central Oklahoma. Primary Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physician's plan of care. Provide provide general oversight of resident safety Update the plan of care with new or changed goals/interventions as needed. Complete a skills competency checklist within 90 days and maintain annual agency training requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Graduate from accredited school of nursing Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma Customer service-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
