About who needs care: Needs help getting in and out of bed. Getting to the bedside pot. He is in a wheelchair, uses a walker to help with mobility. Trying to get out of the wheelchair. His wife is the caregiver and needs help with moving him. He has collapsed vertabra in lower back. 3-week-old injury. He is a diabetic, and has a pace maker and defibrillator, COPD and on oxygen full time. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
