Care Needed For My Mother In Poland, Ohio

About who needs care: My 75 yo mother has Parkinson and basically is in her recliner all day in her apartment. (located in Poland) She uses a walker/rollator. May need assistance, bathing/hair washing/dressing and light meal prep (easy things like microwave meals, sandwiches) Maybe some motivation to move around apartment and get out of her recliner. Only need someone 1 or 2 days a week for a few hours a day. About the care needs: She would prefer a female. No specialized skills needed. She does not need errands, or cleaning done. I handle all of that. Services needed include: meal preparation, and bathing / dressing.
