Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Westlake

I need senior care provider with experience. My father (68) has dementia and is diabetic. He has dialysis treatment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning. Need someone who can come to his home, ensure he eats breakfast and takes his medication, checks his blood sugar and helps him administer his insulin in the correct dose. Prefer experience with this but will provide training. We will be arranging rides to and from dialysis. So would need you to ensure he gets into ride. In the beginning, may need you to provide transport to dialysis center, 8-10 minutes away. My stepmom (his wife) is 81 and is his full time caretaker. This is respiting care for her so she can sleep.
