Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In West Chester

I need senior care provider with Dementia patient experience. Our care concerns are that she is currently in Advanced Therapy Rehab and needs to still spend time in her Assisted Living Apartment Building to keep her mental health happy and not be in social isolation. Specifics are Mobility Assistance in wheelchair to main building (needs to go outside to get to main building), Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, and assistance going to the bathroom. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from activities in the main Assisted Living Building.
