Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Vienna

We are looking for an experienced caregiver for our father who is in the late stages of Parkinson's Disease. We need someone to be with him Monday-Friday 8am-5 p.m. at their home in Vienna. He has a hospital bed setup, on oxygen and a feeding tube. Some duties include personal care, changing, bathing, grooming, administering medication (when needed), monitoring health and wellbeing. He is not mobile so any mobility when needed will need to be assisted. He has doctors and therapist that come to the house for appointments so no transportation is necessary. Good, clear communication is very important to us as a family. We would like someone who is permanent/consistent, trustworthy and dependable with reliable transportation and good references. Must be ok with a small dog and absolutely no smoking inside.
