Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Vandalia

I'm looking for live-in home care for my father in his 80s. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. 83-year-old Dad who recently fell and broke his hip. He is currently in a hospital bed in his living room. He requires transferring to/from chair/wheelchair and needs assistance with cleaning himself. He is currently in diapers. PT comes out X3 weekly. He lives with his 75-year-old wife who was recently DX with Dementia. We currently have several Aides covering 24-hours a day, but it's getting complicated when they are late or do not show up.
