About who needs care: Jim is a very bright man who was independent until a recent health setback. Hes easygoing and quiet He sleeps a lot. Looking for a care team to assist him around the clock. He uses a walker with gait belt or a wheelchair himself. Hes small in stature and no heavy lifting . He uses a urinal or briefs. Toilet for BMs. Bed baths daily . Needs meals set up, light housework. No tv here. Bring a book ! Looking for reliable, honest, bright , positive people! Who bring light and life to his house Dayshift is $15-20 depending on experience. Nights: overnight, sleep on couch ( wake up 1-2x a night?? ) $12 an hour . About the care needs: Good with gait belts, transfers from bed to wheelchair or walking with gait belt ! He is 145 pounds and needs minimal physical assistance CPR certified a plus! Be patient he takes time to answer questions!
