About who needs care: Morning: Put on compression socks, set up C-Pap machine for later use, prepare/bring breakfast. He can move on his own with a walker, and take care of himself, but needs help with certain tasks like listed above.
Evening: Same as above, but remove the socks and help him get into bed.
Additional: Feed the cat in a specific way, but this might not be necessary. Cat needs medicine and it's a very easy/quick process where you crush the pills, place them into the cat's food, and that's that.
About the care needs: No preference, but my father is a 79-year-old man who went from being 100% capable and mobile to almost wheelchair bound over the course of about 2 weeks. He has very specific ways he likes things done (i. e. preparing his diced peaches cup) but they are very minor things.
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
