About who needs care: Both parents live together. Need help with some physical activities, laundry, housekeeping, meds schedules. A few hours 3x per week, maybe a shopping trip when its safe to get them out, transport to Dr. appointments in their car. They can still do some things themselves. About the care needs: No specialized skills. Someone who will help hold my parents accountable to doing their walking and exercises. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
