About who needs care: Hospice Patient and deleted some meds by choice in September. Uses walker full time-meds, food, encouragement/help needed to take care of these needs or contact family if needed. Little to No Dementia Frustration with physical and disease progression but does better with companionship. Often does not eat or take medication if on his own. 4 Daughters who all help at times/much sometimes but he is adamant about family not being there full time. He does not wish to be in assisted living. Football fan and led a very active life until deeper decline in June of 2024 About the care needs: Positive; health (healthy) minded and caring. Basic food preparation, personal care support-food, medication, communication with family and hospice care when needed. Light housekeeping/Positive companionship Various personal hobbies and interests always invite conversation so yes a positive. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
