Companion Care Needed For Myself In Oregon

About who needs care: I have chronic back pain & Leukemia. I need basic cleaning & laundry in house. Outside of home someone to cut grass, garden landscape kind of things. I also need a person to drive me to & from special medical treatments & sit with me for a period of time as required by Doctor. About the care needs: Nice caring person. Maybe a nurse when I have medical treatments. Hobbies of mine are Music & old movies, Card games, classic cars & restoring them. I used to build models. Can't now due to physical limitations. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
