Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In North Royalton

About who needs care: Mom in 70's with mild dementia and Dad in 80's multiple health issues but both are fairly independent. Need check in 1-2 times a day to make sure no major issues, check that meds are being taken and mom is hydrating and bathing. Maybe run an errand to pick up from pharmacy or grocery order. Only needed when we travel, usually just 3-4 days at a time (usually over a weekend) or 7+ days once or twice a year. About the care needs: no specialized skills needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
