Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One.

About who needs care: Bad dementia. He can take care of himself in regards to bathroom shower etc. But needs to be told and encouraged to get his shower get up and moving take his medications. Sometimes needs to be told many times, He needs a routine . Even as simple as getting up out of bed shower take meds eat. . Light cleaning maybe breakfast or a meal plan for diner at least 3 hours a day. Or other options . . About the care needs: He has pretty good nature . If he takes his meds there is a difference. . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
