Seeking Part-time Senior Care In Newark

I need senior care for someone to check in on my mom and stepdad daily when I am out of state (approximately 1-2 trips per month, 4-10 days per trip over the next 2 years). Our care concerns are: companionship, light housekeeping if needed, and any of errands or shopping if needed. Drop-in hours can be any time in morning and vary day-to-day. Also would need someone who could check in with my stepdad more often (up today 3 times a day) if my mom were to need to go into the hospital while I was out of state (I would be able to work on returning right away and his daughter is only 6 hours away). Both are generally healthy and independent but sometimes have health issues pop up such as head colds, stomach problems, etc. where they sometimes need some assistance with shopping, doing things around the house, etc.
