About the care needs: Patient can be confused, needs someone who is there to get the job done, not a lot of chit chat- patient doesn't really tolerate social interaction. He wants to get cleaned up quickly efficiently and be left alone. patient has a history of a bowel resection and colectomy 25+ yrs ago. And is 100% incontinent of stool and urine always Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
