About who needs care: Gene has chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, so he's on oxygen. Also he's almost blind and he uses a CPAP at night. He's fairly independent but needs someone to prepare/cook food for him, give him his meds, do some cleaning, etc. He loves to watch movies and enjoys sharing that and having someone to chat with. About the care needs: friendly, communicative, and flexible. someone proactive and attentive would also be good. willing to drive him to rehab Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
