About who needs care: He is able to walk around a bit, but has trouble getting out of a chair. He is unable to consistently regulate his bowels resulting in some cleanups. He isn't able to cook and only warms up his meals. He has memory loss and has been diagnosed with pre-dementia. His hearing is limited. He likes art projects, watching TV, and spending time with family. About the care needs: The caregiver should be patient and able to handle incontinence issues. We need assistance with medications, cleaning and providing meals. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
