About who needs care: My brother is disabled. He has cerebral palsy. He is nonverbal and nonmobile. About the care needs: Someone who likes to travel. Someone who is attentive and skilled with caretaking someone who is nonverbal. Need to have skills in helping with lifting, changing, and dressing a person who can't help a lot. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
