About who needs care: It would be couple care. Friday morning to assist my Dad with his compression hose, make their breakfast and just make sure they take their medication. On the weekend the same but also make lunch and dinner. My mom has dementia and can dress herself and shower with reminders. She is able to feed herself. I need someone use to people with Dementia and who understand at times she will tell you to leave , but for the most part she sits and watches tv or putts around the house cleaning. About the care needs: We need some one with a kind heart and understanding of the elderly and someone who is use to those with dementia . But most importantly someone who has good work ethic and will show up but contact the family if they need days off or vacation time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
