About the job
I need male or female senior care provider for in home bath/ wash up. Our care concerns are: Bathing / Dressing. Female compliant. Male refuses baths. Gloves. large, available in closet. Familiar with coccyx decub stages and Duoderm placement. It's currently Stage 2, she heals up quickly with proper wound care. But it needs someone to keep an eye on it. Very easy, Stages and Duoderm care on YouTube. I talk the male through it, I can't bend long, she will scream when wet cloth touches her initially, due to process of dementia, not pain, She seems to be ok with someone coming, that's as far as I got. Maybe 1x every 2 weeks. I am working with her on what day and time, might take 1 hour after first time getting acquainted with where things are. They don't get in the tub, just wash up at the sink. Son and granddaughter do everything else.
