Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Amherst/Lorain, Ohio

About who needs care: He has light dementia and MS. He likes sitting in his recliner watching crime/comedy shows and LOVES to eat! The structure of what I am looking for is a person to come to the house around 10-11am, make coffee, give him his medications, be a companion, occasionally drive him to doctors appointments, lunches, etc. encourage him to do his MS exercises, help clean, prepare lunch and dinner for him, and leave at about 5-6 p.m. About the care needs: I am looking for someone that can be a companion providing him with positivity and laughter. Generally interested in someone that can help with medicine organization, reminders, MS exercises, food preparation and cleaning. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
