About who needs care: My grandfather has had his leg removed. My granmother is in pretty good condition to help him around the apartment with basic needs. They have been victim to their other grandson taking advantage and steeling their money he is in jail right now but they dont have a car for transportation anymore. he will need to get to akron for appointments.
