Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lebanon

About who needs care: He had a stroke. Right now no use of left leg and left arm. Cognition, speech is fine. He is hard of hearing. Family is currently trying to figure out what coverage we really need, and wants to find someone who has experience doing assisted transfers from bed to wheelchair, to toilet, to recliners, into and out of shower, help with showering and toileting. About the care needs: Someone who likes to listen to him tell stories and does not need to talk much. His hearing makes it difficult for him to understand strong accents. He does not appreciate people who use curse words. Would prefer care giver with experience helping stroke patients do transfers, experience using a gait belt, experience helping practice physical therapy exercises. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
