Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Hillsboro

About who needs care: Will soon be discharged from a skilled nursing facility. He is non-weight bearing on his right leg at this time due to a recent fall and then surgery. He also had major spine surgery 2 years ago so has difficulty moving from bed to chair/chair to bed. Would like someone to help with those transfers as well as bathing every other day and then help with light housework including vacuuming, groceries, dusting, laundry and cleaning shower. About the care needs: Someone who is competent and confident and willing to help make sure he stays safe in his home during the hours they are there. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
