Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Heath

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Heath. Medication management is required. Personal care required, including minor feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Prefer a woman care giver. Mom is a Christian, prefer a faith based woman if possible. Mainly in a bed or chair daily, mostly blind with Mac Deg, cannot hear well. I am struggling with shoulder injury, can no longer care for her in my home. She is on hospice care. She has showers already scheduled and nursing care. It's bathroom issues/ or bedfast issues right now.
