Companion Care Needed For My Father In Harrison

I'm looking for companion care for my father in his 80s. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. He has dementia, COPD, diabetes, and is being released from the hospital after having 2 strokes. He is weak, but with help, is able to stand and use a walker for short distances. He sleeps a lot during the day time hours.
