Seeking hands-on care near Fairfield for myself in my 60s. Need transportation to and from dialysis Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pick up at 5:30 a.m. and return home at 11 a.m. Currently in a wheelchair. Staying at Extended Stay of America and must be able to take me to the room afterwards. Need to be able to start 1/15/2025
