Help needed for my father in his 90s. While he is lucid, mobile and able to perform most ADL himself he has significant vision and hearing impairments. Responsibilities: - Dispense meds/shots - Monitor/log vitals - Prepare meals - Tidy house - Drive to doctor appts (van provided) - Coordinate/communicate with family and other aides The shifts listed in this posting are just samples of typical shifts. Shifts/days-on may vary from week to week. Occasional overnight shifts. Avg 40 hrs/wk with occasional OT at 1. 5x.
