About who needs care: I have knee problems and arthritis in my back, legs, and right feet. Need to exercise or more around, walk in my walker. Sit up more. Eat a healthy breakfast. Go to grocery store and shop at least twice a month. Check mail everyday. Empty trash 3times a week. Send to the pharmacy as needed. Check to see if I have enough water. You know what God is doing a great job! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
