Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Dayton

We need a compassionate and caring companion to help take care of my mother in her home in Dayton. We're looking for some help preparing lunch, sitting & talking with her, and coloring with her. Most importantly, we need someone she learns to trust so that they can help remind her to change her incontinence pad ( & clothing if needed). She can functionally do all this, but needs lots of prompting. She is fully mobile. Also, letting her small dog out will be so helpful. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who has some experience with dementia, a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and CPR / first-aid trained. *care may include occasional time with Mom at my house in Yellow Springs.
