About who needs care: My dad is 78. He has diabetes and CHF. He is currently recovering from having his toes amputated. He is great with a walker and really mainly needs help with meals and getting drinks. He would also need help bathing at least once while we are gone. I am not sure what the wound care looks like but that would be needed to. Likely cleaning the wound with a solution, drying it, applying alginate, abd pad and kerlix. This will probably be daily or every other day. We could train you before we leave. About the care needs: My dad loves to talk so anyone willing to listen to him would be a great fit. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
