Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Cuyahoga Falls

I need a hands-on care provider for my husband in his 80s. He is receiving hospice services at home. This may change if his needs outgrow at-home management. As he is an advanced cancer patient I expect he will only need help for weeks or may eventually go to an inpatient hospice facility. He needs medication reminders and assistance with medication management so to manage his diabetes. He uses a blood sugar monitor in order to alert him to attend to food needs to increase or decrease his blood sugar. Currently he self-administers insulin. We're looking for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
