About who needs care: Need care for my twin sister who lives with me due to her traumatic brain injury 34 yrs ago. Her dementia has gotten worse and she has fallen a couple of times in the last few months. Performs ADL with minimal assistance Her gait has become more unstable especially at night and needs assistance to and from the bathroom. About the care needs: Preferably someone middle age. Beth was a counselor prior to her accident and loves talking with people. She enjoys reading her bible and riding her stationary bike daily. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
