Hello my name is Mary. I'm 20 years old and I am in need of a care provider for 4 hours on the morning of Christmas Eve. l am traveling to Cleveland, Ohio to get a surgical procedure on my chin that requires me to go under anesthesia. I need someone to pick me up and stay with me for 4 hours. I won't need any wound care, I just need to be supervised per doctors orders. I will probably just sleep most of the time, but I will need help with minimal food prep. I need travel accommodations from the surgical center to the suite I'm staying at so I prefer someone with transportation, but we could go together too. I will pay 400 dollars for 4 hours of care and to cover gas.
