I need 2 senior care providers for my mom who has DEMENTIA. The M-F aide will work 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. The aide may sleep at night as well, as long as she is available for my mom. This aide will receive an hourly rate for those hours. The remaining weekday hours, my mom is in daycare. The weekend aide works Saturdays 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 a.m. on Monday in exchange for F. T. rent free living. The aide is responsible for cleaning the apartment, cooking & laundry. She doesn't care for my mom weekdays. Lawn maintenance, separate laundry facilities/unit
